Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method/customs practices and procedures of the destination country.
All orders will be process twice a day to ensure prompt deliveries. However, shipments can only be done from Mondays to Fridays.  Currently, only two modes of shipping will be used. 
1. Express service provided by FedEx
2. Registered Air Mail via the Post Office.

HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE?

Average Delivery Times (North America Shipments):

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $7.99 (for US), & $8.99 (for all other destinations) for the first 8 VCD titles.  And an additional $7.99 shipping charge for the second 8 titles...... and so on.  

FedEx will automatically be used if you are ordering more than 1 title and have a  value of US $30 or more, subject to the shipping destination.

Registered Air Mail will be used if only one single item was order or the value of the orders is less than US $30.

Please Note that we cannot use FedEx to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Buyer is required to provide all required information on the order form including Telephone Number to ensure a smooth delivery. All information is strictly confidential and  will NOT be used for any other purposes.

WHAT MAY CAUSES DELAYS?

• One of the main reason is that the titles that you ordered are not available in stock. In this case we will notify you by e-mail and you will have the option of selecting another title of the same value or cancel that particular title which is and receive a refund so that the rest of the titles in your order can be shipped immediately.  Please note that  cancellation will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
  
• Also, please remember that, if your order is shipped via Registered Air Mail, it might take up to 3 weeks to reach you depending on your location.
